1. Introduction

At Parv Automation, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains the process for order cancellations, returns and refunds.

2. Order Cancellation
a) Before Shipment
  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • To cancel, contact us at contact@parvautomation.store or through your account dashboard.
  • If your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
b) After Shipment
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • You may return the item following our Return Policy below.
3. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging and include proof of purchase.
  • Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products like perishable goods, customized items or clearance sale products are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the product within 2 – 5 business days.
  • Approve or reject the refund based on the item’s condition.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days to the original payment method.

Note:

  • If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you do not receive your refund, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need an exchange, email us at contact@parvautomation.store with photos of the damaged item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to be processed).
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@parvautomation.store.
