2. Order Cancellation
a) Before Shipment
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- To cancel, contact us at contact@parvautomation.store or through your account dashboard.
- If your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
b) After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- You may return the item following our Return Policy below.
3. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging and include proof of purchase.
- Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products like perishable goods, customized items or clearance sale products are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the product within 2 – 5 business days.
- Approve or reject the refund based on the item’s condition.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days to the original payment method.

- If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need an exchange, email us at contact@parvautomation.store with photos of the damaged item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to be processed).
