What is Parv Automation?
The “Manufacturer, Wholeseller of Electronics Products”. We delivered product through our “Online eCommerce Store”.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to track your order, save your address, and get exclusive offers.
How do I create an account?
- Click on Login/Register at the top of the website.
- Enter your email.
- Click Register and check your email to set your new password (if required)
2. Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
- Browse our Product Page.
- Select the product and click “Add to Cart/Basket”.
- Click on the cart icon and select “Checkout”.
- Enter your shipping details and make payment.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards.Â
- UPI & Net Banking.
Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
No, at the moment, we accept only one payment method per order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location:
- Domestic Orders: 7 – 10 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges depend on the product, location and delivery speed. You can view shipping costs at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order here.
Do you offer international shipping?
No! Currently we do not ship worldwide.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns/exchanges within 7Â days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I request a return?
- Go to Return & Refund Page.
- Enter your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once received, we will process your refund/exchange.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7Â business days after we receive your return. It may take additional time for banks to process the refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping.
5. Product & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 3 months warranty on LED/Light. We do not offer any warranty on product’s body.
How do I claim a warranty?
Email us at parvautomation@gmail.com with your order details, product issue and images (if needed).

How can I apply a discount code?
- Go to checkout or basket.
- Enter your discount code in the box.
- Click Apply to see the updated price.
